The next chapter
for our growing riverside community at the Royal Docks
Following a detailed consultation with local residents, we have now submitted a planning application to Newham Council. The council will now be undertaking a statutory consultation, where you’ll be able to share final comments on the plans with them. Over 5,000sqm of light industrial and modern workspaces
Flexible ground-floor spaces, which could support retail and community uses
Expansive green open spaces, complemented by enhanced riverfront connections.
